These earrings are part of a series of 'fragment-based works. In my current research I harness the idea of the fragment as a symbol of the unfinished work, for settler Australians, of learning to belong.

I engrave text into silver, brass, coal, gold or copper and create fragments which are assembled into jewellery pieces.
